Staking's Never Been Easier

Follow the instructions below to start staking with us.
For interacting with all Cosmos-SDK chains, we highly recommend using the Keplr Wallet Extension. The Cosmos Hub leverages the Cosmos-SDK.
Open your Keplr Wallet and click on "Manage Portfolio in Keplr Dashboard".
Click on the search bar in the left hand corner and search for "$ATOM".
The Staking Dashboard will open automatically. Now, choose a validator to stake with. We recommend delegating your assets to Frens Validator.
After selecting a validator, click 'Stake,' enter the amount you want to stake, and sign the confirmations in your wallet. Ensure you have enough coins to cover the transaction fee as well!
After following the outlined steps, you now stake $ATOM succesfully. Please note that staked assets are illiquid, meaning you can not sell them or use them in DeFi.
To unstake your assets, click 'Unstake' and confirm the transaction in your Keplr wallet. Please note that unstaking on a Cosmos-SDK chain typically takes 14–21 days.
